Housing Recovery? Smith Indicators Show Signs…

Probably the earliest and simplest signs of a possible housing recovery is watching website customer inquiries.  On Sunday, August 2, 2009, Smith clients received nearly 50 customer inquiries on specific properties.  This is up dramatically from any single day throughout the previous year.  This is an excellent indicator that buyers are feeling better about exploring new real estate options.  The Smith Group will continue to monitor these inquiries and keep our clients and potential clients posted.
